Karen said, “I would highly recommend this course to any potential student looking to complete an anatomy & physiology Level 3. The course is very well structured with excellent learning resources and is robust in testing your knowledge as you go through each of the modules, this builds your confidence as a student. The staff at Gill Tree Training are extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I felt valued as a student, and I felt my learning was important to them. They were flexible when I needed to extend the course and helped me to achieve my goal.”
Peter wrote, “I found this A&P course was fabulous, it was easy to follow. You had the ability to go back and check on things anytime, both in the films and in the downloads. The teacher is super, why oh why wasn't she teaching in my school all those years ago, I would have learned so much more easily. She makes learning of the subject fun and interesting, and you find yourself wanting to study more and get more background on the subject. I am very impressed. Thank you.”
Christine said, “I'd just like to say that my initial email contact with your colleague, Annie following my enrolment was so friendly, so encouraging, and a great start to a fascinating subject.”
So there's some testimonials and we've got loads more on the website if you need to have a look at them.
What do I include in the course?
Well, of course, there's all those films, the 12 units all taught by Jane in exactly the same way. Jane, as I said, is a qualified physiotherapist and qualified tutor, she's also trained in something called accelerated learning. You'll see that the students were being encouraged to listen to Jane, watch what she was drawing and copy the diagrams and you'll have workbooks to do exactly the same thing, so you'll feel like a student at the back of the class. That's one of my most common comments actually, when we get feedback from our students. But as well as obviously all the course material through the films, there's mock exams all the way through, they're all optional but if you need them to get you exam ready, they're there. There's a tutor support, there's a study buddy option, there's the forum, there's 300 pages of handouts. You don't have to print them unless you really want to, but they're there.
If you want to supplement your learning, look at diagrams, do some colouring in whatever works for you. Jane's taught in accelerated learning. She's looked at how there's lots of different learning styles and she's making sure that she teaches to really satisfy all the different learning styles - the eight learning styles that are identified by a man called Howard Gardner in America.
Got a question?
Just call me or even if you just feel a little bit like,’ Oh, I'm overwhelmed’ I can just give you a little bit of coaching, on how to pick up and get back on track.
Now I know there's lots of courses out there. I'm passionate about not just doing your A&P, but going out and getting your qualification and your fitness instructor or your kinesiology or whatever it is. I'm really passionate about complementary therapies and exercise. I want to change the world. My mission was to change the world through the healing power of touch, which we did for 22 years. I want you to go out there and be a successful therapist.
