We have been offering our anatomy and physiology course since 2009. That’s a massive 9 years of students successfully going through the e-course, passing their exams (our success rate is 97%) and going on to train in a therapy of their choice for a more fulfilling career, better work life balance and more freedom by being their own boss.
So what do students on our anatomy and physiology courses go on to do once they have successfully completed their studies?
Our latest research shows that the majority go on to study the following:
Osteopathy
Accupressure
Massage
Sports Massage
Reflexology
Aromatherapy
Bowen Technique
Kinesiology
However there are many many more therapies and disciplines for which the ITEC Level 3 Certificate in Anatomy and Physiology is a prerequisite. If you want to be sure this is the right course for you give us a call or we can speak to your college to discuss the content and syllabus and assessment and exams.
Once you are qualified in a therapy it is important to join a professional association. You can then also join this professional register.
The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) has announced that its register has been approved as an Accredited Voluntary Register (AVR) by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA). The CNHC’s voluntary register has been accredited with conditions under a new scheme set up by the Department of Health and administered by an independent body, accountable to Parliament. Patients, service users and the public will be able to choose a complementary therapist from a register vetted and approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (the Authority).
You can be on this register by joining the CNHC via your professional association
